Staying at Blue Breezes with my friend from England was the highlight of our road trip from Sudbury via Manitoulin to Toronto. The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The shore of Lake Huron welcomed us for an a delightful afternoon of doping absolutely nothing and not the least guilty! The breakfasts were gourmet! The host and hostess the friendliest and most knowledgeable ever. The visit was so fantastic this summer I am going to revisit with my friend from Austria.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Blue Breezes Bed and Breakfast this August 2013. What a beautiful little place, Linda and Mike are such warm, gracious hosts, we felt so well cared for and spoiled. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We stayed in the cabin which was lovely, so comfortable and well equipped. We would have loved to have stayed longer. It is located in a beautiful spot, beaches reminded us of California, sunsets were outstanding. We highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast. We will definitely be back! Thank you Linda and Mike for an unforgettable experience!

Just finished a quick last-minute overnight at Linda and Mike’s lovely lakeside home. The hosts are very nice people, open for a chat, friendly. The location is great — the beach has powder-like white sand, there was a consistent breeze off the lake cooling us down, and there was an eerie mist covering the area at times. The house is inviting, cottage-like, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is, as already noted many times, delicious — we requested something simple and vegetarian, and received: yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, tea, toast, jams, butter, and a skillet dish made of potatoes, eggs, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese, and probably more that I can’t remember. We had a great time cycling south to Kincardine and north past the nuclear plant. Excellent B&B, great value.

My wife and I recently spent four nights at Blue Breezes using their detached cabin and left wishing we could have stayed longer. Off a small tarmac road facing woodland to the front and straight on to the best Lake Huron beach for miles to the rear, Blue Breezes is in an ideal location. The cabin is adequately equipped with all you would expect and has been finished to a very pleasing standard both inside and out. Our warm hearted hosts, Linda and Mike are lovely people. Mike has a well stocked tool shed which he evidently puts to good use pursuing his varied interests like home improvement and classic car restoration and is interesting to chat with. Linda is most accommodating and helpful if needed and her breakfasts are varied and wholesome with juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, toast and jam, pot of tea followed by an omelette or a potato and bacon dish for example to set you up for the day ahead. Next time we are in the Kincardine / Inverhuron area we will certainly try to stay with them again and I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Breezes to others visiting the area.

My husband and I are just back from a one night stay at this special bed and breakfast. I chose it primarily for it’s beach location – set on a beautiful stretch of white sand, excellent swimming beach, but discovered there is much more the area has to offer. Linda and Mike share this piece of beach heaven, opening their home in a welcoming and casual manner. We enjoyed everything about our stay- amazing beach location, great room with balcony view, great breakfast. And the wonderful bed – we slept in (never do), sorry Linda, late for breakfast! We are already planning to return, but will stay longer to enjoy more beach and more of the surrounding area. Thank you again Linda & Mike for your excellent hospitality!

We stayed at Blue Breezes in May 2012, and reserved the cabin. It’s a lovely location, just steps from the sandy beaches of Lake Huron. The cabin was lovely, beautifully decorated, clean and fresh and private. Our hosts, Mike and Linda, were fantastic – very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing! We hope to return to this delightful spot.

We are two seniors who really enjoyed our stay in the cabin at Blue Breezes. We had camped at Inverhuron about 40 years ago, so were quite excited to be back in the area again! Linda and Mike were most welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious.

Excellent accomodation, food and hosts….Mike & Linda made us feel more like family than customers and we only regret not being able to stay another night as it made our 5th Wedding anniversary celebration even more special. We hope to revisit soon. You won’t be disappointed !
